On board we offer a culinary full board menu or all inclusive arrangement. This is incomparable with the food in the big holiday resorts. Everything is fresh and homemade. The Turkish kitchen belongs to the best in the world and certainly our cooks will surprise you with authentic dishes, prepared in the small yacht kitchen! Güldeniz Sailing Cruises is famous for the quality of the food on board and the constant renewal of the menu. Our chefs are rewarded with several awards in the Blue Voyage Cuisine Cooking Competition. Because we do our own shoppings and everything is prepared on board we can adjust our menu to your preferences or special diet.

The full board menu offers for the traditional Sailing Blue as well as the Comfort Cruise 3 meals per day. Breakfast has a variety of bread, coffee, tea, cheeses, meat, egg, different jams and honey, yoghurt and fresh fruit. Lunch is warm en consists of minimum two dishes and a fresh salad. For dinner we serve different Turkish ‘mezzes’as appetizer and a main course with meat or fish. Dessert is sweet or fresh fruit. Coffee, tea and snacks are included. If you book all-inclusive also soft drinks, local wines and beer are included.
