Fresh Flavours at Sea – Dining Aboard Your Gulet
At Güldeniz Sailing Cruises, dining is a highlight of your journey. We offer a culinary full board menu far beyond the offerings of typical holiday resorts.
All meals are freshly prepared on board by our skilled chef, using local ingredients selected by our crew. The Turkish kitchen is among the best in the world, and you’ll taste that in every dish. Our chefs have even been awarded prizes in the Blue Voyage Cuisine Cooking Competition, thanks to their creativity and passion for flavour.
We do our own provisioning, so we can easily adjust meals to fit your dietary needs and preferences.
What’s Included in the Full Board Menu?
- Breakfast: A rich variety of fresh bread, cheeses, eggs, meats, jams and honey, yoghurt, seasonal fruits, coffee and tea.
- Lunch: A warm meal with at least two dishes and a crisp salad.
- Dinner: A selection of traditional Turkish mezzes followed by a main dish (fish or meat), and a sweet dessert or fruit.
- Drinks: Coffee, tea, snacks, and soft drinks are included throughout the day.
- Dining out: Twice per week, you’ll enjoy dinner at a local restaurant (not included). These evenings give the chef a well-deserved rest and you a taste of the local culinary scene ashore.
Alcoholic Beverages
While wine and beer are not included in the standard full board, we offer a drinks order list prior to your trip. Based on your preferences, we’ll shop and stock the yacht for you — easy and hassle-free.
